Let me introduce myself here:

My full name is Roy Nelson Simanjuntak, you can call Roy or Mr. Simanjuntak. I was born in Medan (North Sumatera- Indonesia) and spent my childhood there until finishing my Senior High School. Then, I moved to Bandung (West Java – Indonesia) to get my bachelor degree in Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), majoring Civil Engineering. After graduating from it, i moved to Jakarta (the city where I live now) to get my post-graduate degree (MM/MBA) in Prasetiya Mulya Business School.

Now, i work as consultant of business and management. I was so lucky that i have some colleges from the top global consulting firms, such as Mckinsey, Booz Allen Hamilton, Accenture, PWC, Hay Group, etc. From them, i have learned how the real consultant works. I have served so many companies, both private and state-owned companies, from various industries, and i found so many interesting cases while doing my job.  I hope i can share several cases and topics here in my blog and i hope it’ll be useful for you…
